See Susan's notes below. These are more two more pictures plus a cool video of Anna's Giant slalom run taken at Buck Hill on January 10th. It started as an easy race for Grandma to watch--close to home and race course close to chalet. So Susan and Grandma decided to go and cheer Anna on. Then after John scheduled a visit to spend time with Grandma, he decided to go stand in the cold as well. And because the race was on Kate's birthday, and it is the only race Kate could go to this year, she decided to go. It snowballed from there and Anna had a 11 family members watch her race-Grandma, John, Mary, Emily, Susan, Don, Jessica, Jim, Martha, Kate, and Nick.--it was zero degrees (f) at the start of the race.
Grandma McGrory, John McGrory Mary and Emily, Susan, Don and Jessica Smith, Jim, Martha, Kate, Nick all met at Buck Hill to watch Anna participate in her first down-hill race.
